Why does LIATE NOT work here? What is LIATE? All this is the job of the JSEM group. Working spirally up the ladder the group monitors the progress of each group in each question in a JSEM-Chain.
JSEM mentors work both horizontally and vertically for any particular institution. 1) Mentors Minor, 2) Mentors Junior, 3) Mentors Senior, 4) Mentors Executive are different groups in charge of monitoring. In JSEM, teachers do the supervising; the teaching load is gone forever.
